The UnitedHealthcare Select Managed Care plan has changed its name to UnitedHealthcare Exclusive Network Dental plan. 

What this means for you

• Your participation status will remain the same on this plan
• You'll continue to be reimbursed at your current contracted rates
• You’ll continue to use the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal at UHCdental.com to submit prior authorizations and claims, verify member eligibility, check benefits and more

What this means for members

• Member ID cards will display the UnitedHealthcare National Exclusive Network Dental plan as shown in the sample ID card section below
• They’ll receive the following plan benefits:
  • 100% coverage for preventive care in the network
  • No primary care dentist required
  • Fixed, predictable member copays
  • No annual maximums, deductibles or waiting periods for services
